Pre Natal Massage
This is a specifically tailored relaxing treatment based on the expecting mother’s needs.  Massage therapy is fundamental modality for the expecting mother.
While the mother is lying comfortably and safely on the massage table the proper pressure is applied in order to reduce stress and anxiety; relieve aches and pains in the muscles and joints, including sciatic nerve pain.  Massage therapy can also decrease the swelling that may fill the arms and legs during pregnancy.

a 75 minute Therapeutic Massage at a complimentary price.
75 minutes- $70

Hot Stone Massage
Melt away your stress and tension with a warm hot stone massage.  Basalt stones are strategically placed to penetrate deep tension and improve energy flow through your body.  With the use of the stones a therapeutic massage is then done to further release your tension and stress.
90 minutes- $200  

Therapeutic Massage
Everyone’s needs are unique.  Before every treatment an assessment is done to determine which areas will be focused on during the massage.  The treatment is then tailored based on your personal needs.

Therapeutic Massage technique incorporates both deep or light pressure.  A combination of neuromuscular massage, myofascial release and deep tissue is used to decrease the stress and strain in your muscles, joints and mind.  It increases your range of motion, leaving your muscles supple and relaxed.

Hot stones
Warm stones can be added to a few areas of the body for deep tension. $20

Foot Treatment
A foot scrubs is placed on the feet followed by a warm towel and foot massage. $30

Scalp Treatment
A small amount of warm oil is placed on the scalp, followed by a relaxing and rejuvenating scalp massage. $20
