Introductory Massage

Because the first treatment usually takes more time, as I will be evaluating your condition, begin by having a 75 minute Therapeutic Massage.

75 Minutes – $90

Hot Stone Massage

Melt away your stress and tension away with a hot stone massage. Hot basalt stones are strategically placed to penetrate tension and improve energy flow through your body. Following the treatment with the stones a therapeutic massage is then done to further release your tension and stress.

90 Minutes – $210

Therapeutic Massage

Everyone’s needs are unique. Before every treatment an assessment is done to determine which areas will be focused on during the massage. The treatment is then tailored based on your personal needs.

Therapeutic Massage technique incorporates both deep and light pressure. A combination of neuromuscular massage and myofascial release to decrease the stress of your body and mind.

Prenatal Massage

This is a specifically tailored relaxing and therapeutic treatment based on the expecting mother’s tension.

While lying comfortably and safely on the massage table proper pressure is applied in order to reduce stress and anxiety; relieve aches; pains and decreases swelling in the muscles and joints.

Add Ons

Hot Stones

Warm stones can be added to a few areas of the body for deep heat. Warm stones can be placed on targeted areas to provide deeper heat and relaxation. This helps loosen tight muscles, improving circulation and flexibility. The soothing warmth also reduces stress, leaving you feeling calmer and more refreshed.

Cupping

Cups are applied to areas of the body that have stagnant blood flow. Suction through the cups draws the blood flow quickly into these affected areas. Manual massage will then be used to further the release and flow of the muscles. This is a great way to release adhesion, tendonitis, and tension from chronic injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage

Helps those with lymphedema caused by health issues. Light pressure is applied to the affect areas, which pushing the fluid to the lymph nodes to be released out of the facia. This allows pain relief to the affected areas and helps with mobility.
